Mr. Pär Bergsten
CEO & Founder
Pär has 30 years of Telecom industry and wireless IC experience. He holds a MSc. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) and a MBA from Stockholm School of Economics. He is a serial entrepreneur in the wireless Semiconductor and Telecom market. Pär is a proud owner of a Gyrocopter, which he enjoy flying during his time off.
Mr. Carl-F. Elgh
Vice President Marketing & Sales
Carl has a 20 years background in Wireless, Telecom and Utility industry from companies such as Ericsson AB, SwedPower AB (Vattenfall, ABB, EON) and Nanoradio AB. From his experience he has gained valuable product expertise covering a broad range of technologies and domain knowledge, encompassing wireless systems and power utility infrastructure. At Ericsson he worked in both USA and South America. Carl holds both a Master degree MBA from Stockholm School of Economics and a BSc from Lund University. He holds an EGA golf hcp of 11,4.
Mr. Åke Jernberger
Vice President Program Management
Åke has a 27 years background in electronic product and Analog Asic development as designer and project management for companies such as ABB-Hafo, Nokia Networks, Kevab and Andrew. He has worked with a wide range of end application ranging from pacemakers and hearing aids, satellite circuits to mobile phone base stations. Åke holds a M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm. He is also a member of the Swedish Chile Pepper Society and a strong advocate against all boring food.
Mr. Anders Nordzell
Vice President Business Development
Anders has over 20 years of experience in the wireless & telecom industry. His experience ranges from Marketing & Sales, Business development, R&D management and Customer support management working for large and small companies. He has been co-founder in several start-ups in the Wireless industry and also founder and CEO of C2T Wireless. He is a true business person with deep knowledge in the Wireless and IoT market and know how to define and develop products. He has aquired a wide global network working for Samsung and due to his past experience. Anders holds an MSc in Applied Physics & Electrical Engineering and a MBA in Business Development & IT from Stockholm’s School of Economics.
Ms. Maryam Kharaji
Vice President Operations
Maryam has background experience in holding, EPC, and manufacturing from companies such as Grico, Satha, and SME in Iran and Placer Gotland AB in Sweden. She has experience from multiple aspects of production such as cost estimation, contracts, negotiation, project planning, purchasing, managing international import and export documentation, quality control, quality certification implementation program, invoicing supervision and working with an international team. She has a M.Eng of project management specialist from University of Calgary, and a M.Sc in wind power project management from Gotland University. Love to the nature, singing and dancing makes her strong to easily come over all challenges.
Ms. Pia Hunyadi
Pia has 10 years at Götabanken as her experience foundation, both at the foreign department and the IT department. Additionally, she has 20 years as a finance consultat, offering economics services for companies in their start-up process. She holds a BA from the School of Business, Economics and Law at Gothenburg University. Passion for salsa and sailing in old wooden boats.
Ms. Agnetha Malmberg
Agnetha began her career at Televerket (today known as Telia AB) as a secretary and financial assistant. In 1995 she received a diploma making her a strategic purchaser. This education got her to work with purchasing for 20 years. Her experience in purchasing includes Telecom products at Telia AB, photo products at Fujifilm and makeup products at Make Up Store. Agnetha holds an degree from the Ecomonics program.

Mr. Roland Andersson
Roland Andersson, Sales and marketing executive from the semiconductor industry. Roland is a veteran senior executive with more than 30 years of international experience in the semiconductor industry. Roland has been a member of our Board since the start. Roland spent 18 years with National Semiconductorand 4 years at Zarlink. In 1999, he was named Senior Vice President and General Manager at National Semiconductor, Worldwide Marketing and Sales, reporting to the CEO, and was instrumental in driving sales past the US$2 billion level. He also served on the Executive Committee helping to guide the company's direction. In 2001, he joined Zarlink, where he was Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales and Marketing until he joined Sicon Semiconductor as CEO in August 2005. Mr Andersson was at the Nanoradio AB board of directors between 2004-2009. Roland has lived in Switzerland since 2009 focusing on investments in Switzerland and internationally. Roland is trained as an electronics engineer and also holds certificates in Business Administration from the Institute of Higher Marketing (IHM) in Stockholm, Sweden, AEA and Stanford University USA.
Mr. Hadar Cars
Mr. Cars is an Investment Manager at Industrifonden. He has long experience both in leading operational roles and as investor in high-tech companies. He started his career at Ericsson where he, among others, was General Manager for Network Systems at Ericsson Japan. He has also been CEO of CellPoint Systems AB and co-founder of 3G operator Orange Sweden. For the last 10 years, Mr. Cars has worked as an investor in technology companies. Prior to joining Industrifonden, Mr Cars was a partner at Eqvitec Partners. Mr Cars was at the Nanoradio AB board of directors between 2005 to 2008.
Mr. Johnny Johansson
Johnny Johansson was VP Operations at Xelerated AB, a company that was acquired by Marvell 2011 and he is now Director of NPU Operations at Marvell Technology Sweden AB.Before joining Xelerated he was VP Quality and Operations at Nanoradio AB, a startup company doing WLAN solutions for mobile phones. Johnny is a semiconductor business professional with a very solid experience from all aspects of engineering, production and business management in high tech international environments. Background includes position as COO and CEO of Spirea AB, a fabless startup company doing WLAN radios. Before that he worked 18 years for Ericsson Microelectronics where he held different positions in engineering, product management and general management. During the last three years at Ericsson Johnny worked as Bluetooth Program Manager directing product development, new product introduction and marketing programs for Bluetooth microelectronics components. Johnny has worked more than 30 years in the semiconductor industry and has a vast experience from businessmanagement and outsourced production of communication components.
Mr. Hans Andréassonn
Hans Andréasson is a Partner and Corporate Business Lawyer of Mannheimer Swartling, the leading business law firm in the Nordic region. Hans has extensive experience from mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and outsourcing transactions. Hans is the head of Mannheimer Swartling’s Energy industry group and has been active in the sector since the early 1990s. He has extensive experience in the production, distribution and marketing segments and has represented a variety of industry actors, both public and private, in acquisitions, divestitures, and restructurings, including networks, and has also advised on key regulatory issues. Hans has been retained by the Swedish Bar Association as its expert in relation to ongoing legislative work in the Energy sector, including the recent suggested changes to the separation of the grid companies from other energy-related businesses.
